Big Spanish Derby (20:00 CET): Barça vs Inter Movistar (and where to watch)

The big Spanish derby between Barça and Inter Movistar will be held today at Palau Blaugrana in 5th round of Spanish first division.

The match starts at 20 o'clock and you can watch it on several channels including BarçaTV+.

Both teams entered season not as expected. After three rounds, European Champion Barça has only 1 point, and Spanish champion Inter lost in the last round against Antequera on a home parquet (2:3).

Last time they met at Palau, in early December 2019, Barça won 5:3 (Lozano 2, Aicardo, Dyego and Arthur) and Humberto scored a hat-trick for Inter. Brazilian pivot is no longer in Madrid, he moved to ACCS Paris, as well as Ricardinho and Carlos Ortiz who also played that match.

However, two ex-Barcelona players Eric Martel and Boyis, are now in the squad from Madrid.

„Right now we are in a negative run in the league and the best thing could happen to us is to win this game and show that we are one of the best teams in as we already demonstrated in the Champions League“, said captain Lozano for Marca.

The good news for Barça's coach is the return of Ferrao who didn't play after the Champion League finals. However, Plaza cannot count on Joselito who was in touch with person positive on COVID-19 disease.

Besides the big derby, three more matches of the 5th round will be played today.
