46 teams will be drawn in 23 single-legged knockout ties that will take place between 24 and 29 November. Winner of each tie will join 9 highest-ranked teams in round of 32.
UEFA has prepared draw groupings in order to avoid, or keep to an absolute minimum, restrictions between teams drawn into ties. The draw grouping will respect seeding based on the Coefficient Rankings. Clubs not wishing to or not able to host a match have notified the UEFA administration accordingly.
There are six draw groups (1 to 6), each with an equal number of seeded (Pot A) and unseeded (Pot B) teams. The teams unable to play at home will be put into yellow balls and the others into blue balls.
