Barça is leaving LNFS!

According to Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Barça will join Inter Movistar, Peñíscola, Burela, Jaén and Ribera Navarra and leave Liga Nacional de Fútbol Sala.

As we already wrote, the organiser of this year’s league is the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), unlike previous years when the league was held under the framework of the LNFS.

The dispute came due to audiovisual rights which LNFS considers to be theirs. However, Barça (and previously mentioned clubs) claim they are the clubs are owners of the audiovisual rights since they didn’t sign any type of agreement in the last two seasons.

Barca is the current European champion, however, in six matches of the new season of Spanish First Division, Barça has only two draws and four loses and with O Parrulo Ferrol (one match played less) holds the last place in the standings with two points
