20/21 UEFA Futsal Champions League is finally under way! This rebranded competition will have a bit different format than usual due to the pandemic reasons and UEFA's strict health protocols. Nevertheless, we're happy to announce that - Futsal Champions League is back!
Lithuanian Vytis welcomed Swedish Hammarby in their Preliminary round match-up. There are no return legs, so the winner of the match progresses through to the Round of 32.
Hammarby's Yasar opened the scoring in the 5th minute. However, already by half-time, Vytis equalized and turned things around. With two goals by Reimaris and one by Sendžikas, Vytis took a 3-1 lead.
Vytis managed to hold to this result by the end of the match and progressed through to the Round of 32. Draw is on the 9 December.
