Final Four tournament to decide the winner of the Spanish Futsal Cup of 2019/2020 season has started last night with two semi-final duels between Real Betis against FC Barcelona, and Jaen against Catgas Santa Coloma.
In the first match, Barcelona didn't have much trouble in securing the final. Thanks to a 3-0 half-time lead, Barcelona managed to bring the match to the end with a 6:3 result and recorded a much-needed victory for the Cup final!
In the second match of the evening - we saw a proper drama! We didn't found out about the winner after the regular time because Jaen managed to equalize in the dying phase of the match. Extra-time was also wild as both teams scored but couldn't decide on the winner.
It was Santa Coloma that had the lead for most of the match. They also scored first in the extra time, but Jaen found a way to equalize again. Penalties offered something completely different. Jaen was successful only after the 16th penalty series!
The final match of the Spanish Copa del Rey for the 2019/2020 season is on schedule later tonight (20:30 local time).
