Real Betis and Palma Futsal opened 2021 with a match in Sevilla. Palma won 4:3 and secured the top position at the beginning of a new year. Rafa López opened the scoreline in 1', Hamza doubled the lead in 9,' and Vilela scored the third one for the guests in 12'.
However, hosts didn't surrender. Betis managed to equalize in 37' after Borja Blanco scored once (16'), and Ivi twice with stunning strikes (21' and 37'). Precisely one minute later, Lolo scored the fourth goal for Palma and the final result of 4:3 for the guest.
With this win, Palma managed to secure the top place on the league table with three points and three matches more than the second-placed Levante.
Seven more LNFS' matches will be played today and the last one of the 16th round on Tuesday (5 January) between Jaen and Jimbee Cartagena.
