The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) confirmed this Sunday the postponement of the Spanish Super Cup between Movistar Inter and Barça. The match was supposed to be played on Monday at the WiZink Center in Madrid, but due to the "mobility difficulties in the capital of Spain and following the advice of the authorities” caused by the storm Filomena.
The decision was made by mutual agreement between the clubs due to the damage caused by the cold and snowy storm, which is generating a large number of problematic situations and numerous inconveniences, as well as causing the suspension of other sports activities.
In its statement, the RFEF indicated that in the coming days they will announce a new date on which the Super Cup will be played.
