Five teams that will partake in the FIFA Futsal World Cup later in Lithuania will be decided through some sort of data-based mechanism - to be decided by the AFC board.
The cancelation announcement was published in Kuwait's Futsal Magazine (Kuwait should have hosted the AFC tournament) and reported by fut5ala.
Although at the time of writing of this article there is still no official statement by the AFC about the cancellation - the one is expected to arrive later today.
