Brazilian Champion Magnus Futsal from Sorocaba won Brazilian Super Cup defeating Minas Tênis Clube with 5:1 at the Sorocaba Arena. Magnus had a convincing 3:0 lead at the end of the first half. Charuto scored an opener, Rodrigo doubled the host's lead, and Lucas Gomez scored the third.
Magnus didn't stop playing in the second half. Allison scored the fourth and resolved the issue of the winner. Ribeiro scored the only goal for the team from Minas Geas in a power-play, but Kevin sealed the question of the winner and scored for the final result.
However, even though Magnus won the Brazilian championship and Supercup, they still haven't secured a place at Copa Libertadores 2021. On 7 March, they will have to face the winner of Super Copa 2020, Corinthians, in São Paulo. The continental competition should take place in May, in Uruguay.
