In the opening match of 25th Futsal Week (Men’s Winter Cup in Poreč, Croatia), we saw a lot of great goals, a few turnarounds and a dramatic finish. The USA lead 1:0 and 2:1 in the first half which eventually ended 2:2. Montenegro turned the game in the second half, but Americans equalized in 30th minute when Eduardo Buenfil scored.
When we thought that the game will end as a draw, USA has made its sixth accumulated foul and Ivan Mugoša scored from 10-meters and secured Montenegro a very important win.
In the friendly match that was played afterwards, Morocco’s national team defeated Istrian Selection with 11:1. Raiss El Fenni Idriss scored a hat-trick, and three more players scored twice.
