After Denmark defeated Albania 3:1 in yesterday's match in Tirana, Albania got its revenge in today's match in the same city. Official guests (even though they were hosts) opened the game great and had a 2:0 lead at halftime (Selmanaj 10' and Halimi 12'). Selmanaj scored his second in 29' for a three-goal lead. Denmark strikes back through Flack in 34 and Hansen in 40', but they couldn't score the third one as well.
Both teams will continue 2022 Euro qualifiers in April, Denmark will host Ukraine on 7 April and play in Croatia on 10 April. Albania will host Croatia on 7 April and play in Ukraine on 11 April.
