(HIGHLIGHTS) Everything is up for grabs in the LNFS

With today's duel between Barcelona and Valdepenas, Round 23 of the Spanish LNFS will come to a close. With more than 10 rounds yet to play, all positions and scenarios are still up for grabs.

With a goal in the last minute of the match, leading Levante managed to return undefeated from an away match in Jaen. However, they managed to extend their lead in front to three points, as their first runner-up Jimbee Cartagena got shocked by Ribera Navarra. Ribera Navarra furious first half secured them a 9-4 victory against a strong Cartagena team.

Palma Futsal closed the gap a bit towards the first two teams by securing a 2-0 victory against Cordoba who find themselves in the relegation zone, but still with ample opportunities to escape from that position. Palma Futsal players, staff, and fans were also saddened earlier this week due to the passing of their founder and president Miquel Jaume Roig. May he rest in peace.

FS Peniscola RehabMedic secured a crucially important 4-3 win against Inter Movistar with which they stopped their losing streak. There is still much work in front of them if they are to escape the relegation zone. Inter, on the other hand, still have everything in their hands to welcome playoffs from a comfortable position.

In a direct duel for playoff positions, Barcelona will host Valdepenas on Sunday.

After a goalless first half, ElPozo Murcia and bottom last O Parrulo drew 4-4 in an exciting match that was decided in the last minutes.

Real Betis recorded an important win against Industrias Santa Coloma. Real Betis now hold the provisional 8th place, the last one that secures a playoff, while Industrias Santa Coloma has to start winning again to get far away from the relegation places.

Zaragoza continued their push towards the playoff spots and secured a 7:3 away victory against Antequera. With two matches less than Betis and only three points behind, Zaragoza has playoff spots in its sight.

With only one goal in the entire match, Osasuna Magna Xota recorded an away victory while traveling to play Burela. Both teams are in the 'gray zone', and still have ample opportunities to improve their position by the end of the regular season.
