Slovenia 5-3 Latvia
Everything is decided in Group 6. Slovenia records a 5-3 win and secures itself in 2nd position.
We saw a lot of goals in the opening few minutes. Matjušenko put Latvia in front in under one minute. Čujec equalized and Babris scored an own goal putting Slovenia ahead.
Matjušenko scored his second to tie the match in the 5th minute, but Totošković and Fideršek extended the Slovenian lead before half-time.
In the second half, Čujec scored his second goal of the evening, and Pastars produced a goal for Latvia before full time.
Norway 1-7 Portugal
Officially as visitors, Portugal was victorious in their first duel against Norway, played in Seixal.
André opened the scoring for Portugal, but Norway's Høvik immediately responded with an equalizer.
Nevertheless, Jesus, Bruno Coelho, and Tiago Brito with two goals put Portugal in a comfortable lead before half-time.
Their victory was confirmed by a goal by André Coelho and a second goal of the evening by Jesus.
