(HIGHLIGHTS) Time to unfold the drama at the top of LNFS as Round 30 starts

Crowded. That is the best word to describe the situation at the top of the LNFS, an elite division of Spanish futsal. Four top teams are cramped in just four points of difference, but the others behind are also lurking and things are far from over as Round 30 (of 34) started.

>>> (HIGHLIGHTS) Palma Futsal defeats Levante in a direct battle for the top

Levante UD FS 4-4 Jimbee Cartagena

A match that took most of the attention was one between second Levante and third Cartagena - which ended in a high-scoring draw.

Levante took a 2-0 lead after the first ten minutes, thanks to goals by Rafa Usín and Rubi Lemos. But Waltinho and Andresito managed to equalize for Cartagena before the break.

A goal bonanza at the start of the second half saw Lucão turn things around and take the lead for Cartagena. Nevertheless, Marc Tolrà equalized in the next minute, but that was of short breath as Rafa Usín scored an own goal in the same minute, putting Cartagena in front once again.

Cartagena managed to hold the lead up until the last minute of the match when Gallo equalized for Levante and setting the final 4:4 score.

Futbol Emotion Zaragoza 7-5 Viña Albali Valdepeñas

Zaragoza finally managed to end their bad run with an important victory against Valdepeñas to further complicate the playoff battle.

Zaragoza took the lead at the start of the match and has never actually let it go, despite Valdepeñas trying to get back into the match.

Eloy Rojas scored two goals for Zaragoza and he was accompanied on the scoresheet by Juanqui, Richi Felipe, Javi Alonso, Óscar Villanueva, and Retamar.

On the other side, Catela and Cainan scored two goals each for Valdepeñas, with Nano adding one, but ultimately it was not enough to salvage anything from this match.

Real Betis Futsal 3-0 BeSoccer UMA Antequera

Real Betis continued their push to playoffs with a win against Antequera with which they have effectively relegated them from the first division.

But the match was decided only in the last 10 minutes when Borja Blanco and Rubén Cornejo finally unlocked Antequera's goal in the 30'.

Betis' victory was confirmed by Chaguinha in the dying moments of the match.

O Parrulo Ferrol 1-3 Palma Futsal

The bottom last, and now mathematically relegated O Parrulo Ferrol welcomed the now table runners Palma Futsal.

Cléber and Lolo secured a 2:0 half-time lead for Palma Futsal in a match they controlled. Thalles managed to score for O Parrulo, but Vilela extended Palma's lead a few minutes later, setting the final score of the match.

This victory sees Palma Futsal push in front of the LNFS one more time this season.

Industrias Santa Coloma 5-3 Córdoba Patrimonio

Santa Coloma continued their playoff push with a home victory over Córdoba, but it took some doing.

Saura has put Córdoba in front at the begging of the match, but thanks to goals by Drahovsky and Khalid, Santa Coloma was able to turn things around. Before the break, Jesulito managed to equalize for Córdoba and teams took the 2-2 score to the break.

The match continued after the break in a similar fashion, as Uri Santos first gave the lead to Santa Coloma, but only for Zequi to equalize once again a few minutes later.

Santa Coloma finally managed to break away in the late stage of the match thanks to goals by Cardona and Álex Verdejo. It is worth noting that Drahovsky received two yellow cars and got sent off, just like Lucas Perin and Caio on the other side.

ElPozo Murcia Costa Calida 3-4 Peñiscola FS

A match that ElPozo Murcia will wish to forget as soon as possible, but a great impulse for Peñiscola to try and get out of the relegation zone in the final phase of the championship.

Valerio opened the scoring for ElPozo Murcia in the 3' of the match, hoping to direct it in Murcia's favor. However, Peñiscola's Orzáez found a way to the back of the net to equalize the match.

In the last minute of the first half, both teams scored. Paradynski was the scorer for the hosts, while Luciano Gauna scored for the visitors and a draw at the break.

At the start of the second half, Cholo Salas scored an own goal, putting Peñiscola in front for the first time in the evening. Valerio scored his second goal of the match, equalizing the match and giving his team an impulse to get all three points.

However, Augustin Plaza scored on an empty net for Peñiscola in the last moments of the duel, recording a very important three points for his team.
