(HIGHLIGHTS) Spain: Murcia makes a leap towards the top, Levante and Palma won't let go

Round 32 of the Spanish elite LNFS continued yesterday with four quite interesting matches that could prove important for the situation on the very top of the table. In a direct duel between two teams at the top, ElPozo Murcia defeated Jimbee Cartagena. Levante defeated Inter FS, who is now out of the top position battle after a series of bad results. Levante is still very much in the contention. But, the team at the top is Palma Futsal, who have defeated Jaén FS.

Levante UD 4-3 Inter FS

Like many more in this fantastic league, a match between Levante and Inter was a proper futsal spectacle for every neutral spectator. Inter took the lead thanks to a goal by Eric Martel in the very first minute of the match. However, Esteban equalized for Levante just a few minutes later.

By the end of the half, we saw two more goals. Tripodi again brought the lead to Inter, but Roger equalized soon after.

In the second half, Esteban put Levante in the lead for the first time of the day in 23'. A few minutes later, Maxi Rescia was forced to concede an own goal, leveling the match. But the true drama happened in the last seconds of the match when Marc Tolra scored for Levante's big, big three points.

Industrias Santa Coloma 4-3 Viña Albali Valdepeñas

A huge duel was contested yesterday between Santa Coloma and Valdepeñas. A direct duel for the playoffs. Santa Coloma finished it with a very important victory that does not guarantee them a playoff spot but certainly puts them in a good position. Last season's finalists, Valdepeñas can still make it, but they'll need to be perfect for the remainder of their matches.

From the middle of the first half until halftime we saw a goal bonanza resulting in four goals and a tie at the break. Alvarez and Uri Santos scored for Santa Coloma, with Matheus Prea and Nano joining them on the scoresheet for Valdepeñas.

In the second half, Bruno Petry and Sepe finally moved Santa Coloma away from Valdepeñas, who managed to score a consolation goal in the final moments of the match, thanks to an effort by Catela.

ElPozo Murcia 3-2 Jimbee Cartagena

A match between Murcia and Cartagena was between two teams who shared the top of the table prior to this round, with the same number of points. In a direct duel of the two, ElPozo Murcia managed to come to all three points. With a match less played than their competition, they are in the best position for the top of the league table.

Fernando opened the scoring for Murcia in 9' and Alberto Garcia further extended Murcia's lead before the break.

In the second half, experienced Miguelin scored the third goal for ElPozo Murcia and the match seemed resolved. However, in under a minute, Jimbee Cartagena struck two times, thanks to the efforts by Solano and Andresito, effectively getting back into the mix.

It was quite a thriller until the end of the match, but neither team managed to find the back of the net.

Jaén Paraíso Interior FS 0-5 Palma Futsal

With this loss, Jaén is not mathematically out of the playoffs, but most likely it is. Palma Futsal, on the other hand, is now at the top of the table with the same number of points as ElPozo Murcia and Levante, although ElPozo Murcia has one match played less than the other two teams.

Palma Futsal was in control of the match from its beginning. Raul Campos opened the scoring in 7' and with that result teams welcomed the break.

Palma Futsal's victory was confirmed in the second half thanks to goals by Hamza, Nunes, Claudino, and goalkeeper Fabio.
