The second day of the Futsal Week's international U19 Spring Cup tournament in Poreč, Croatia is behind us. After a new round of matches in groups, Spain sits at the top of Group A, while Ukraine and Croatia are at the top of Group B. Four new matches are on schedule today.

The first ones to take the court yesterday were young international of Serbia and Moldova. Despite some good defending, Moldova was unable to hold back the Serbian attacking 'Eagles' who scored eight goals. Moldova was able to score a consolation goal.
After the Day 2 opener, a derby match in Group B took place between Spain and France. We witnessed a great futsal match that showed that these two nations shouldn't worry too much about their futsal future. At the end of the day, Spain emerged victorious with a 5:1 victory.
After a lunch break, Round 2 of Group B commenced. The thesis from the day before was proven and that is that all these teams are quite close.
Poland secured a minimal victory against the fighting Montenegro side thanks to a goal in the first half. Despite numerous more chances, great goalkeeper saves, woodwork hits, we didn't see any more result changes and Poland records three important points.
To finish Day 2 of the Futsal Week U19 Spring Cup, hosts Croatia and Ukraine took the court. In an exciting match, Croatia took the lead twice, but Ukraine was able to equalize on both occassions.
Match was also marked with some fantastic shots and goals that go to prove that both these nations have a lot of futsal talent.
With this draw, both teams sit at the top of Group B with four points, but Ukraine is ahead because of a bit better goal difference.
