Minas Tênis Clube Futsal has secured a place in the Brazilian futsal Super Cup with a 2-1 win against Dois Vizinhos. They will face yet undefeated Magnus team in the final.
After the first half ended goaless, Minas' Luís and Lion scored for the Taça Brasil de Futsal champions. One of the better players of the match was goalkeeper Françoar, who made important saves and was considered one of Minas' heroes in the game.
The final of the Super Cup will be later today, with live transmission on TV CBFS, the official channel of the Brazilian Futsal Confederation, and on the open channel TV Brasil. I
In addition to the title, Minas and Magnus still search for a place in the Copa Libertadores. The winner of the Super Cup will face Corinthians (winner of the 2020 Super Cup), on 7 March, to define who gets the place in the continental competition that will be played in May, in Montevideo, Uruguay.
