After Olmissum defeated Square in the first quarterfinal leg (2:0), the other three home teams also secured victories in their first 1/4 finals matches. In a great local derby, Novo Vrijeme from Makarska defeated the neighbouring rival Vrgorac 3:2 even though Vrgorac had a 2:0 lead at halftime after Kozarić and Pervan scored. However, Horvat and Brkić equalized with two quick goals in 29' minute and Jelavić secured the victory for Novo Vrijeme in the last minute of the match.
In quite an exciting match Crnica from Šibenik defeated Alumnus from Zagreb 5:4. Crnica opened the match with two quick goals from Perić and Subotić (6' and 7' minute). Vlado Andrijašević scored first for Alumnus in 18', but Perović's own goal got Crinca another two goals lead. Andrijašević equalized with goals in 28' and 29', Radić scored in 36' for Crnica's 4:3 lead and superb Andrijašević scored his fourth goal for a 4:4. However, a few seconds later Crnica was awarded a second penalty, and Šamija was precise for a final result of 5:4, and Crnica's 1-0 lead in the quarterfinals.
Futsal Dinamo defeated Universitas Split 3:1 in Zagreb's sports hall. Dinamo had a 2:0 lead at halftime after two late goals from Prgomet and Čekol (penalty). Juretić scored the only goal for Universitas in 25' and Prgomet put the final results minute later with a terrific strike.
