Sparta Prague 0-1 Slavia Prague

The only goal of the match was an effort by Matúš Ševčík in the final phase of the first half.

Slavia, although finishing the regular league stage below Sparta, was able to hold Sparta's charge throughout the match thanks to some great defending.

David Frič (Slavia's coach):  "We played a very good match tactically. The only chance the opponent had came when we did not follow the tactical instructions. I'm glad we kept a clean sheet, that was the key to the match today as well as the excellent performance of Marek Karpiak."

Beni Simitchi (Sparta's coach): "Today we didn't score perhaps ten hundred percent chances. I have nothing to blame the boys, they fought, they created chances. We will go to Slavia on Friday, we will win there and turn the series around."
