On the second day of the Preliminary qualifier round for Women's Futsal Euro, Slovakia defeated Serbia 3-2 in the meeting of the two teams that have recorded a victory on the first day of competition. Northern Ireland also defeated Lithuania 1-0 in Group A for this nation's first competitive futsal victory in any competition!

Slovakia 3-2 Serbia
A tight and dramatic match was played in Jonava yesterday as Slovakia defeated Serbia in Group A's direct duel for the top place.
Serbia was off to a good start after Knežević scored to bring the lead in 13'. However, Tyčiaková was fast to respond for Slovakia, but only for Knežević to score again in the next minute, bringing another lead to Serbian ladies.
However, Sedláková leveled the match before the break and teams took a 2:2 result to the break.
Deciding goal was an effort by Tyčiaková who scored shortly after the start of the second half and that goal proved to be crucial.
Lithuania 0-1 Northern Ireland
The sole goal of the match was executed by Brown in 23'. But this goal could prove important for Northern Ireland as they will face Slovakia on Saturday in the final round of the group.
Only the top-placed team will progress to the Main qualifying round.
