The Brazilian national futsal league, also known as the LNF, continued this weekend with four matches. Magnus and Joaçaba drew for both teams to remain at the top of Group A, while Praia Clube opened its season with a victory against Minas. Marechal defeated Pato for first points in the new season, while Assoeva defeated Atlântico.

Minas 0-2 Praia Clube
Praia Clube opened its 2021 LNF campaign with a victory against Minas who recorded their second loss in that many games.
The match started to unfold in the second half when Thiaguinho scored to put Praia in the lead. In the closing stages of the match, Caique extended Praia's lead and secured the first three points of the season for Praia Clube.
Marechal 5-4 Pato
After starting the 2021 season with a victory, Pato now lost against Marechal, who in turn, bounced back after a loss in the first leg.
Luan was the sole scorer in the first half, putting Marechal in front at the break. In the second half, we saw a real goal bonanza with eight more goals being scored.
First Felipinho and André equalized and turned things around for Pato in a space of two minutes. Malcom equalized in the next minute for Marechal, only for Xande to put Pato in the lead once again in the very next minute.
But this goal-for-goal madness did not stop there. Soon after, Biro equalized again for Marechal, but in the next minute, Mazetto brought another lead for Pato.
A few minutes later, Gê eventually equalized for Marechal, and Dickson's goal five minutes before full time brought a new lead for Marechal, which they kept until the full time for three nice points.
Magnus 4-4 Joaçaba
Although Joaçaba led for most of the match, Magnus managed to equalize in the last minute of the duel to scrape away a point. This result sees both teams top Group A with the same number of points after three rounds.
Yan and Vitinho opened the scoring for the visiting Joaçaba. Kevin managed to find the back of the net for Magnus, but we didn't see any more goals before the break.
After the restart, Juninho extended Joaçaba lead, before Ernesto further extended the visitor's advantage.
Although Sinoê struck back for Magnus in the same minute, only in the last minute of the match, thanks to a goal by Ricardinho, Magnus managed to equalize and scrape a point from this though match.
Assoeva 2-1 Atlântico
Assoeva recorded their first victory in this season after their third competitive match. They recorded a 2-1 victory against Atlântico who are still looking for first points after two matches.
Boni opened the scoring for Assoeva soon after the start of the match. The Assoeva's lead was further extended thanks to an goal by Pedrinho in 11'. Assoeva took this lead to the break.
In the second half, Atlântico struck back with a goal by Rick. However, that proved to be not enough for them to scrape anything from this match and Assoeva celebrated the first victory in the new season.
